Elevating Partnerships to a New Level

After owning and operating dozens of facilities, with twice as many elevators for 30 years, I FINALLY found the elevator company for me. The Ownership and Senior Leadership of ABEC Elevators have spent countless hours with me, in-person and on the phone...and even on Sundays and Holidays...to walk me through various situations, repairs and proposals.

I spent years with the "big boy" companies, like TK, Otis, Dover, etc. and have been through numerous iterations of Maintenance Contracts, but ABEC is the only ones who have had the technical expertise (after they logged decades with the aforementioned companies), and then 'humanized' their service to understand the capital and budgetary restraints of property owners.

The things that stand out the most are: 1) they are the only company that takes a bunch of pictures of culprit issues on each service order, then automatically shares them with ownership and management, as they walk you through their suggestions for repair; 2) they try to address the issues with schematic sequencing, suggesting to repair/replace only items needed, and not the larger components that hold those items, and have proven to NOT take advantage and make more money off of us; and 3) they have even called me back after I approved a quote to tell me that they found the parts for thousands of dollars cheaper through another purveyor, or on a deal that they have scoured the web for on their own. What other elevator company have you ever heard of that did that?!?!

Honestly, give these guys a shot, as I've learned more from them, developed respect and rapport with them, and I don't feel like I'm being 'taken for a ride'...like I consistently felt with other elevator companies. Thanks, ABEC!!!
